Toast with two spoonfuls of cottage cheese
Homemade egg drop soup – 1 1/2 bouillon cubes dissolved in four cups of water, two lightly beaten eggs, drop of sesame oil, and added sliced leeks heated in a teeeeny bit of butter
I’m trying to get more creative, but also I’m too lazy and didn’t want to go to Ralph’s again for some canned chicken noodle soup, so I pretty much used leftover things in my pantry/fridge. I read that some ginger in the soup would be good to soothe the stomach, so maybe I’ll buy some tomorrow.
When I was younger and my mom would make egg drop soup, I would always eat all the big chunks of egg and she’d have to add more. Yum.
