Bouchon Macaroni au Gratin

My first Thomas Keller experience and one of the only restaurants I’ve gone to purely based on celebrity-chef reputation (the next will probably be the Gorbals).  The macaroni au gratin was not bad, pretty traditional.  Um… not much else to say.  I’ve got to start remembering these things more…
