Cobb salad–lettuce with bacon, bleu cheese, craisins (?) in a cider vinaigrette. Apparently, the staff version is half the size of the regular a la carte… if that’s the case, I can’t imagine how one would eat a whole portion of this.
English pea risotto. It was good for the first few bites, but I think the twist on this risotto was the farro, which was a little tougher than regular aborio. The big shavings of parmesan and truffle oil were delish.
I forewent the dessert this time.
