Drago Centro.

This charcuterie plate was awesome.  Five kinds of cured meats, one that tasted slightly of kimchi (I have no idea), and it was served with some amazing pillowy bread.

We ordered the lobster carbonara and duck agnolotti (like little half-raviolis).  The agnolotti were incredible.  The lobster carbonara was good, but like in most pasta dishes, I find the lobster is more of an afterthought than a complementary (complimentary?  hmm…) part of the dish.

Suckling pig with farro, greens, and apricot thingy.  Wow.  The waiter described it as a whole roasted pig with the meat wrapped in the skin and then seared.  The fatty, crispy skin was delicious.
