Miso marinated black cod

ImageI’ve cooked a rendition of Nobu’s miso marinated black cod many times before, but this time I actually did it the authentic way per The Kitchn (boiling the marinade, marinating for two days) and it tasted much better.  Too bad black cod is so expensive.
